Stock Pots Pasta Pans
These are our big go to pots in the colder weather when we want soups, stew and chili. The Viking Professinal 5-ply 6 quart does a very nice job on those.
The Pasta Petola Pans are nice for the pasta, noodles, boiling vegetables, but something like the All Clad d5 7 Quart Pasta Petola is good in the warm weather for things like blanching vegetables for freezing, sheelfish, crabs and even deep fring. Most of this cookware is limitless on what you can do with it, so use your imagination.
