Super blue high carbon steel core that is wrapped in 2 layers of stainless steel that protect the blade without sacrificing blade sharpness. With it lightweight and thin blade you can make very precise and controlled cuts and with the sharp edge retention it can do this for longer periods of time than a traditional knife.
